RIZAL GOVERNOR REBECCA “NINI” YNARES with Mr. Albert Daniel Azul, Tech4Ed, Provincial Team Leader of the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), Board Member Olivia de Leon, Chairperson, SP Committee on Education, Ms. Corazon Braga, Head, Provincial Library, Atty. Roselle Ramilo, Provincial Legal Officer, during the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement for the "Free Wi-Fi Internet Access" Project, for the provincial and all city and municipal libraries in the province. The DICT also turned-over the corresponding IT equipment for the said project. The event was attended by all the chief city and municipal librarians of the province.
