On July 26-27, the RPL staff attended the Luzon Cluster 2 Knowledge Exchange conference for Tech4ED center managers held at Sison Auditorium, Lingayen Pangasinan, to empower communities through digital opportunities and cater other additional services of the RPL thru virtual assistant: skills development and enhancement program for on-line workers, Data visualization and info graphics, and on-line English teaching (51 Talk).

On 21 September 2017, in cooperation with Department of Information and Technology and 51 Talk, an orientation seminar on Home based on line English Teaching for kids was conducted on Antipolo Annex I in Brgy. Mayamot in the morning ( 8am to 12pm) and at the RPL in the afternoon (1pm to 5pm) .

On 06 Oct. 2017, one participant from the seminar was officially hired as an online teacher.
